A comparison of domestic and foreign bankers: from my personal experiences Cai Chongzhi       Cai Chongzhi, a alumnus of the Graduate School in class of 81, has given three lectures in April and Jane, comparing the management of domestic and foreign banks from his personal experiences. Mr. Cai was appointed the director of the Guangzhou Branch of the Citic Industrial Bank in the early 1990¡¯s and later became the director of Hong Kong Jiahua Bank. He told the students his experiences as the director during these two periods. Through these lectures, the students got an in-depth understanding of the management mechanism of domestic and foreign banks and moved into the frontier of the practical operations of banks.
